  • We are headquartered in Australia where we package and manufacture our products. 
  • We ship within Australia only from our warehouse in Australia.
  • Goods are dispatched in 1-2 business days. If there are any delays, our team will definitely let you know and you can then decide whether you would like to proceed with the order or not.
  • Express shipping is dispatched within 1 Business day. 
  • The shipping and handling information below applies to all our products, however, it is a guideline only and once products have left our warehouse, we have no control with any processing or delays with Australia Post.
